    Can I play on a Microsoft Surface 3 Tablet?

    I've been trying. I can get the DX9 version to run ok, but the touch functions don't really work. DX11 version is just super slow.

    Many consider Starship Troopers to be the best Sega game ever, & Tommy along with GnR to be the best Data East ever. Yet none of these games are on the list. Many of the better newer Stern's not on the list either so I'm not sure what the criteria was.
