This is very definitely in the nitpicky category for issues:
On the high score display screen, where TPA shows you the 5 top scores for a particular game, the numbers sometimes overlap, making the display look ugly. This seems to be most prominent with the display of 7s but occurs with the comma separators and other numbers too. See below for a screenshot of two versions of the same number - one zoomed to show the effect better, one to show how it appears on a TV:
