This bug will be very difficult to reproduce, but I figured I would post it anyway.
As I was shooting the middle ramp the left gopher popped up just as the ball started to travel up the ramp. This caused the ball to fly upwards and land in the hole-in-one hole. This shouldn't be possible due to the upper plastic playfield.
