PS3 - Bug Crash during multiball jackpot AND special lit

A good game on EATPM (around 40 millions), last ball.

Multiball, 2 balls on the playfield.

Left ramp done for the jackpot.

I lit the special via the Dead Heads (5 completed sets in one ball).

Then I shot the right ramp with one ball, jackpot is displayed and... crash.

The displayer stays locked on this : [------JACKPOT------] [------JACKPOT------]

I could still play with the second ball (the first has disappeared or is locked in the "jackpot hole", I don't know), but nothing scores. All lights turned off, no music at all, just sound FX.

I played like this 5 minutes, and I lost the ball. Nothing happened (no final score, no initials). Stuck on this screen.

Call attendant didn't work (no ball stuck).

I have to quit the game via the pause menu.

Did you shoot both ramps at the same time? It's a very subtle glitch...

No, I shot the first ball on the right ramp. It started the "jackpot show" on the displayer.

During this, the second ball was hitting the slingshots (I remember that I tracked the Special red light, in front of the left ramp and outlanes).

And then, the bug occured. Displayer locked, no music, no score, all lights turned off. But I still could play with the second ball.

Nasty glitch, but happily, it's very unusual to light jackpot and special (moreover with Dead Heads) at the same time!
