Yeah they really can't be too upset for going over their head at this point. I feel like Valve screwed up making you go through the European rep anyways.

Considering an 8 or 9 hour time difference, yes, valve made a very poor decision in choosing representatives

Look on the bright side 4 new games were put on Steam this afternoon.

It's Call Of Duty new game tomorrow that's given me a bad feeling about a tomorrow release.
£94 pounds for Call Of Duty? That's about $150

Valve Europe are in Luxembourg, and it is currently 6:33 PM there, long after office hours.

So that means, the Steam representative is off since 1h or 1h and half (thats why he isnt answering the emails)... If FS arrives at office at 4:00PM (CET) that gives less than one hour to deal with them... too bad...

Call the Americans or TPA will never release with that guy... :'(

If FS can sort it out with an American rep, it could very well be released tonight. But with the European rep, nothing is happening.

We've asked to be released today. Waiting on a response. I imagine they are no longer in the office (in fact i think they left right after originally emailing me at 6:30am). So most likely it will be released tomorrow.

I will post as soon as I hear something.

Gotta love sales shenanigans over very different timezones, Valves practices in this case are bad for the consumer and the devs who are just trying to put food on their tables

Ok, some good news. I just got a response from Valve. They are working to release it in the next few hours.
