    Well I figured it out. The reason it was Black & White was because my dumbass had "Save as Grayscale" ticked in my image editor from something I was working on a few days before.

    This is what I don't understand. If somebody can't fulfill their end of the contract (Crave in this situation), then how can the other party be binded to the contract? They didn't fulfill their end of the contract, contract was broken, right? That should be end of story and Farsight moves on...
