recording them in binaural would be a tad overkill. More just play the mono effect at the correct pan for where it would be on the table.
With embedded cabinet 5.1 you could pan it all around the table, so pop-bumpers at the top would play from the back of the cab, and the slingshots / flippers...
The mechanical effects are stereo though?
Shame you can't channel mechanical to different sound outputs (i.e. FX on 5.1 speakers in the cab body, powered by a soundblaster card, and game output through the motherboards onboard sound card.
On the comic app I've been working on, we register all purchases on the user account - so when they've bought items on one device (e.g. Android phone) or through our Web store, they can then access them on a different platform (e.g. iPad).

Yeah, it's a pain - we're having to go through all our apps and change our prices back to the pre-VAT hike price :( (which is fun for the app with 400+ IAPs...)
Basically - Google used to include VAT in the price, now they're adding it on top of the existing prices, so all IAPs in the UK...
The original arcade version of Double Dragon was taken down because the company who published it (Empire Interactive) went out of business. I think that affected their port Speedball 2 as well.
The battery %age reported is %age of the currently used battery life. So when you check your tab after boot, and it's only consumed 1% of the battery, TPA will have used 20% of that 1% (so about 0.2% of total battery)
