    Real Tables (cont.)

I've been there twice now. Had an absolute blast. It's about 80 miles away from my house, but very much worth the trip.

    AtGames Legends pinball

My guess with those Gottlieb tables is that they're simply set to output at 4K. Think about it, Farsight's The Pinball Arcade on PC has many varying resolutions you can run it at, so they just bumped up the output resolution for the 4KP and called it an all new edition. I mean, MAYBE they had...

    AtGames Legends pinball

The Gottlieb tables are the ones from Farsight's "The Pinball Arcade". They are considered the weakest (graphically and physics-wise) tables on the ALP. But Farsight was one of the earliest devs to make commercially available re-creations, so it's just that they were made on a very old...

    AtGames Legends pinball

With the AtGames pins, the HD one has a 1080p main screen, the new one has a 4K main screen in it. The older HD version only had two video screens, the main game screen (1080p) and on backbox screen (not sure res), and the DMD would just show on the single backbox screen. The new Legends 4K...

Let me guess, these are "original" tables and not recreations of any real-life tables, right?

Master List of Issues: Pinball FX

One complaint I've always had about Zen tables has to do with the views. Many of the panning views don't pan back down to the flippers fast enough, causing you to miss a proper flip reaction. Now that the physics have gotten much more realistic (faster) that problem is exasperated and makes...

    Anyone still playing?

I have all of everything for TPA since before the Bally/Williams delist on both PC and PS4. It's my go to game when I'm in between playing recent releases. There's no other commercial app that has more real-life table recreations than TPA. I also have all of Zaccaria and Zen too, but it's...

    Pinball FX released

As of update 1.03, the PS5 version connection issues appears to have been fixed. Everything now seems to be working as intended.

    Pinball FX released

Hopefully this might help the devs with the PS5 connection issue: My region USA (northern Ohio) PS5 disk version 1100 series. 300mb wired internet connection. I have PS+ Premium. Game Session ID: 9874b (but it seems to be a different number every time I load it up, so I don't know how...

    Pinball FX released

Tried installing the PS4 version of Pinball FX on my PS5......same connectivity issue. Pinball FX 3 still works fine with online stuff.

    Pinball FX released

Some? Does that mean "some" PS5 players are connecting just fine? Honestly curious about that. I'm in USA where I'm having the connectivity problem.....wired connection......if that helps. At least I can still play the games I bought, just offline. I miss the leaderboards the most. Sigh.....

    Pinball FX released

So what's up with the PS5 version? Since they released a patch a week or two ago (which fixed the flipper lag problem the initial PS5 release had), I haven't been able to connect to the online servers. I've only found one reddit thread that even talks about it, and a few people confirmed that...

Still no exact release date for consoles?

OK, so I got this for PS5 and I'm wondering.......what is ray traced? I switch back and forth between performance and RT modes and I'm struggling to see any significant difference. When you turn on RT mode, it says that it does so with reduction to shadows and resolution, so it's not RT...

Still no exact release date for consoles?

OK, so it's up on PSN. I'm sorry, but I haven't really been following the monetization stuff.....what's up with the "coins" thing when there is direct table DLC purchases? Is that something different than just buying the DLC outright?

Still no exact release date for consoles?

I hope they just let you buy all of whatever will be initially available for PS5 in one big mega pack, as opposed to the initial app, then a bunch of DLC. Save the DLC for future releases.
