I've been checking in on the forum from time to time even though I haven't posted in ages. I wanted to use this rare occasion to say thank you to Gord for bringing us all together to share a common interest we all have...Pinball!
I really enjoyed working with the moderation team and conversing...
I received four stars tables as well when I purchased Volume 4 on Android. Bottom line, mobile users are upset about not having the same opportunity to purchase fully featured tables at the same price as console and PC users. Thankfully, Zen is looking into this and hope to have a resolution soon.
Removed "BUG" from the thread title as the 2 star table purchases are indeed intentional. I would recommend anyone that has an issue with this to voice their grievances to support through the app. I have done this already and the support team member has forwarded my complaint to management.
The 2 star table purchase is a bug. If you purchased the $9.99 table pack, both Creature and Monster Bash should be upgraded to 4 stars and appear as "Owned." If you do not have full access to the tables after purchase, contact Zen through the app and they will help you out there.
It's an issue as purchasing the tables through the special offer should max the tables out at 4 stars so that you own them. Contact Zen through the app and let them know about not getting full access to the tables you purchased. I have already contacted them as well.
Not sure if it's happening to everyone, but I purchased Volume 3 for $9.99 and it only bumped the three new tables up to 2 stars instead of maxing them out at 4 stars so that I own the tables. I've already contacted Zen about the issue through the app, but just FYI for anyone wanting to purchase...
As Jared recommended, contact Zen through the app and let them know you didn't receive your reward for the last tournament. I contacted them and was compensated with Zen coins, tickets and table parts.
Well, I made it to the Diamond 3 tier and placed 3rd overall on League Play (Android) and never got to open my case for my reward.
That was a disappointing waste of time and 3,000 tickets.
On top of that, I was never offered the timed offer to purchase all 7 tables at a discount.
I'm at level 21 and still progressing. I also have all 7 tables at 2 stars which means I have unlimited play on Arcade mode for each table. Not bad for an hour or two each day for the past week.
...and I haven't spent a single penny.
I believe it means that if you're on the second or third part of the basic challenge, resetting it will start you back at the first part of a new challenge meaning you can't go back and complete the second or third part of the previous challenge. You shouldn't lose anything you've already...
Just reset the basic challenge for 25 tickets after you've completed it. You'll earn back the 25 tickets and then some plus you'll continue earning table parts to keep the grind going. I wasn't too excited about the grinding at first, but it's actually pretty fun once you figure out how to grind...
