It's sorted now - I realised I had downloaded the free app for iPhone not the paid one, now all my tables have been restored.

I have got the Pinball Arcade installed on both my iPhone 5 and iPad. I recently bought the season one bundle which all works fine on the iPad. Only the Arabian Nights table shows under my tables on the iPhone. I have gone to select another table and I get the 'restore purchased tables' option...
