No stuttering on ipad2 here. I notice though that if I get a pop up notification from another app, the ball sometimes changes speeds until the notification disappears.
Everything seems to be running smooth for me now. No framerate issues or anything. I'm a huge FS supporter and not usually one to complain as I really love these tables. Still it just seems like there's so much more screwing around to get it to work with this game than any other I have ever...
I dunno man. I still can't access the fb leaderboards. Wtf. It tells me it's for fb users but nowhere is there anywhere to get into it or allow fb. I tried what was mentioned above but no luck. I want to see actual scores of my friends and I. Not points. Also, as was mentioned above, I get...
Well I figured out it was because I had game center turned off. Logged into game center first, then opened TPA and was successful logging in. Still, the friends I compare scores to are fb friends. When I turn off game center (I don't use it for any other games), then try to log on, it tells me I...
It made me create new account. I used the same info as previous and replied to the confirmation email and it said it was successful. Now I get an error when I try to log in. I can still play the tables but cannot access the leaderboards.
I do this all the time. It almost seems predetermined that if I have a great first ball, I'll lose the next three balls in seconds! If I have a crappy first ball, the rest are ok but I never seem to have like three great rockin' balls in a row. Doesn't seem to happen like that in real life.
I was frustrated too because to me, there was no reason PHoF Williams should run fine on the exact same tv and ps3. After the last update however, TPA is about the same as Williams now. I can't imagine what the issue is because I see people saying the lag is improved except on ToM. For me, ToM...
Very happy. I played Creature for the first time just a few months ago but the machine was beat to hell. The flippers were so weak you couldn't get the ball to the upper playfield. Can't wait!
We would play a quick one before shutting off the game. It started out sort of as a joke but we had fun playing it. Short and brutal games for sure. Not the greatest table but I don't quite understand the out and out hatred of it lol.
There is definitely way less lag for me woohoo! This was unplayable on my Sony Bravia. The difference is night and day. Thanks FS. So glad to be able to play this version!
Agreed. I just cant figure it out though. I have Zen and TPA and zen's minor lag seems to be equal to Williams collection for me. This minor controller delay may be on all my ps3 games but it doesnt affect gameplay for me in any other game. I can't blame the tv/ps3 combo when Williams and zen...
Im using a newer dual shock. My ps3 came with just a plain controller. Just the one controller here, same as Jeff. Game mode etc. seemed to help a bit but it is still too much lag to be accurate. I spent a long time screwing around trying to figure it out. As I've said in other threads, PHoF had...
I can't even play it on my ps3. The thing is, all games have it a bit I think. With Williams collection it was barely perceptible but there. It didn't ruin the game and I could still accurately judge my shots. There's no reason the lag should be worse for TPA on the exact
same tv and game system.
I said earlier that I've gotten more than my $25 worth even with the glitches. I forgot about the ps3 version and the android version plus first dlc pack I paid for that were both unplayable. It's closer to 50 bucks ive spent i guess. I don't think they should have made it available for the...
The Frankenstein multiball glitch is bumming me out and the table won't show me the instructions. A few of these types of glitches but I can still say this is by far my favorite purchase for my iPad 2. I'm not a big gamer but I did download the paid versions of draw something (now Zynga) and the...
