Purchasing "The Stanley Parable" is worth it because in the game you get to step into emotion booths. One of these booths gives you feelings such as:

I cannot confirm this. Is it still present in the current version? If so, please provide a more detailed description. From what I understand, if two balls collide near the flippers and one heads down towards a flipper, it phases through it.
Could you provide more detail on what is going on? I tried looking at this area of the game and found issues...but I'm not sure about the issue you're talking about. Are multiple buttons being selected? Is the highlighted option moving one to the right after you select an option?
There needs to be more games where you can set the AI behavior of your character while offline. The options could be on a separate html5 app so that you can kinda-play while at work or whatever without really getting involved. This html5 app could also have social features...like the game's mail...
