Well, for the reason that just happened. Microsoft rejected DLC 1 (for reasons we don't know). If their goal is to get everything out at the same time, and one thing gets held up, what are they supposed to do, delay everything else that's ready to go? Also, a company needs to make money, so...
I realize you guys are upset, but I assure you FarSight is working as quickly as they can. I'm sure they'd love it if console releases could be approved as quickly as iOS releases (not to mention Android, which takes almost no time). Keep in mind they can't make money if they don't release...
It's something I'd consider for the future, but I really don't want to have a tiered membership, or request money from the users. If it gets to the point where it's either shutting the forum down, or asking for donations, I'll go the donations route, but until then it'll be free for all to use...
I think what you're seeing in terms of the 360/PS3 releases is this:
-Released on Android, submitted to Apple
-Released on iOS
-Bug reports come in
-Bugs are fixed across all the platforms at the same time
-Submitted to 360/PS3
-Released on 360/PS3
So the versions of the tables that are...
It's a setting that can be changed for the forum, but I have it disabled for a reason. The hosting plan the forum is on doesn't include a ton of space, and I'm worried that allowing graphics to be uploaded will use up the space rather quickly and I'd have to bump up to a higher (more expensive)...
One of my TVs is a Sony LCoS (from 2006, I believe, but it could be form 2005), and the other is a few years old with any of the picture enhancements turned off. Neither one is set to a "Game" mode.
Models are KDL-40V5100 and KDS-R60XBR2.
Anyone have a real MM that they could play without the glass and set up this scenario? Get multi-ball, smash the castle and then drop one of the balls into the drawbridge as it's raising. Maybe it's like a garage door - it would detect the ball there, open again (to release the ball) and then...
It could also be that people don't know it exists. They just search for MM and "like" it. I didn't know about the Gold version until reading this thread.
Yeah, this wouldn't really work, as pinball tables have a maximum of 2 speakers on them, providing stereo sound. I'm not sure how 5.1 would work, since they'd have to code different sounds to speakers that don't exist.
I just tell my wife everything is a demo ;)
"Hey, look at the demo I downloaded." "Oh, yeah, that... it's a demo." "I'm on some beta list and they sent this out as a demo..."
Alright, I'm curious how many members have bought the game on multiple systems (currently, not planned). Right now it's out for:
-iOS (iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad)
-Android
-XBox 360
-Playstation (PS3 and PS Vita)
-Mac
I own the iOS and Playstation games, and I'm fairly certain others have bought...
