If we update the tables in SPA, they will get updated in TPA. I did confirm we will do the ROM updates for any table that isn't up to date. We don't have a date set for that right now. The Premium tables will make it into TPA and I imagine they will be cross-buy like Ghost Busters however this...

We'll be releasing a quick update to remove Williams tables from the tables of the month. This should allow you to purchase the Williams tables again now before we have to pull them down at the end of the month.

We will be able to fix any remaining or newly found software bugs in Arcooda Pinball Arcade. We won't however be able to address Hardware issues, I imagine you would need to go through Arcooda for that if your purchasing a cabinet.

Have your tried changing the controls in the DX9 version? I've read in other forums that was how some people were able to overcome the issue. It's something on our list of bugs to address.

I would like to see them updated, but it hasn't been scheduled as of yet. I would imagine it would be something we would tackle after the Williams licensed tables are removed and we start adding in the next season.

Hey SilverBalls, when your encountering the slowdown, can you get a screenshot of your task manager so we can see how much of the CPU is being used on your system?

That is correct. Right now they aren't animating because of performance reasons, once we can address them we should be able to update tables and get the light shows in. Williams tables can still be worked on and updated after the June 30th deadline.

Can you send me a screenshot of what your cabinet configuration is set to? I'll try that and see if we can reproduce it here.

We don't have the latest ROM versions since they were updated after the we released the tables. The same goes for Star Trek as well.

We'll look into addressing this in the near future, we are focused heavily on the performance issues being reported.

The Cabinet Key is attached to your Steam ID as well. As long as you use the same Steam user ID you'll have access to it. However you will need to re-enter your key the first time you try to access the Cabinet mode on the new device.
