You must be running on DX9. According to the Steam forums: This will be fixed in the next release. Appears to be an issue with having post processing turned off (why some people don't see the issue).

Updated the first post with a November 15 release date for PS4. I'd be shocked if the Steam version released on the same day. I'd broadcast the heck out of it (and look for bugs at the same time).

I also got bumped down to Silver when I placed 3rd in the last tournament. Keep in mind that I was affected by the email issue that knocked me back down to Bronze in-game. Is there any way to fix this?

Hmmm. That should have been fixed some time ago. Running on v1.55.8 or v1.55.10? Or neither? Perhaps it could be the screen resolution, if that's the case?

Which version? It's showing for me on DX11, but I can check on DX9. EDIT: It's there on both versions. Might be something in your specs?
