Make sure to note Gorgar's addition. I goofed a bit, I meant to address only Pro vs Premium as that's what was asked about, and forgot that the note about LE was out-of-date. :( Thanks, Gorgar! (Summary: SPA will have the Premium versions, but not the Pro versions, and will have an LE...
A relevant quote from Farsight on the kickstarter page: "For now, we are only focusing on the premium versions. It is possible that we will digitize LE versions in the future."

Yes, congrats indeed, and to Stern as well. I have a slight feeling that SPA will be unexpectedly popular, with the non-TPA tables selling maybe double the number of the TPA DMD tables, even with the higher $10 price. So much curiosity and excitement.
It seems that Farsight will be making the Premium versions, and maybe the LE (LE AC/DC was mentioned as a reward, and someone official said it would be purchasable, I'm pretty sure). It looks like we won't get the Pro versions. I'd rather have both Pro and Premium/LE but I guess it's no big...
FWIW, I'd estimate that TPA has about one hundredth the share as real machines do. Rough calculation: about one in three games of real pinball in my life have been unplayable. About one in three hundred TPA games has.
My impression is that the "direct code interpreting is only for SAM & Spike tables, aka no table currently in TPA, as it's impossible for older ROM's to run directly on non-native devices... someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
I've searched and can't find any such reply. Can you copy and paste what you're referring to?
(There is a reply "We have no official cabinet support and we have been put on hold due to licensing issues." But that isn't talking about AC/DC.)
It's obvious to me what happened. Bon Scott was found ALIVE... meaning the number one priority of AC/DC is to immediately modify their pinball machine. I'm sure there will be a new Kickstarter once the new machine is ready to go.
FOR THOSE ABOUT TO FLIP WE SALOOOOOOT YOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUU!
It seems that this just got the Project We Love endorsement from Kickstarter!

I've uploaded Dan's file to Dropbox here:

This is a long document: 52 pages! It's small though, no images, about 185 kB.
This is my first time using Dropbox, so please let...
I'm not sure it's relevant, as the license to make a real pinball machine wouldn't imply the license to make a computer game version of it. At least, logically it wouldn't... I would think that legally it wouldn't either.
