I played MB a few times the day before the tourney started, and the tourney version seems identical to me.

I agree with the 1st (2) about the Sarc kickout. I don't agree with the 2nd (1): the Geneva kickout is (very) easily trapped on the real thing, too... or at least on the machines I played. I'm sure there are some machines that are tuned so the kickout is super-strong, though. Also disagree...

There is nothing you can do for the infamous Lost Ball / Ball Not Stuck bug. Except start over. :( This affects several tables and you can find other people talking about it on this site if you look around. It seems to happen on Scared Stiff a lot.

Not necessarily. AG Soccer-Ball has switches on the flippers, and it can be played as a 1-player game, whence the flippers on the other side will flip when a ball hits them. So says IPDB... I've never seen one.
