It's a touch-screen UI. It doesn't belong on a large screen or device operated by keyboard/mouse/controller. The good news is it's going to get a thorough going-over. Pity there's no documentation, would make it easier to work up a test plan.

Dr Who is tentatively penciled in for September (according to the KS page), which would put it firmly in Season 6. Another nugget from the KS video was footage of Hurricane being disassembled, so that makes Hurricane a lock, most likely for pack #47 (after the EM 2fer).

There's something to be said for not even getting the Warp 8 EB. Getting the Warp 8 EB means getting Hold Bonus X at Warp 5, which locks you out of the 8X Bonus EB on the next ball (assuming you get it on the same ball as the Warp 8 EB), so gaining the Warp 8 EB loses one of the 8X Bonus EBs...
