Who knows for sure, but definitively not likely for the foreseeable future. No one has acquired the license yet and their highend hardware is going to be tricky to emulate.
Yeah, they coined the term "digital stereo". Not the form of stereo (aka true stereo) that we are are familiar with, but a clever way in using the sound card and ROM chips to make it sound like stereo.
Just go to ipdb.org and look up the tables you think have the best art. The artist is listed in the info section. Just click on his/her name and you will get a list of tables they have worked on. That's what I did. ;)
I don't have many issues with Zaccaria and if I do, then it's more constructive to message them on Facebook or Twitter to get the problem resolved. Posting them here isn't going to do much, since Magic Pixel doesn't visit these forums often.
Most Data East tables were like that. I remember at the local arcade they had to turn down the Robocop and Back to the Future pins because of the same problem.
Correction on this one. Street Fighter 2 was also available on Xbox platforms. NGS2 was originally a PS exclusive, but it did eventually release on the XB1 version of PFX2.
Just an FYI, you can get ride of these two issues by turning off the plunger camera under global options.

That explains it. The mobile version is default to casual physics and you need to unlock the arcade physics.
If you have a decent PC or a modern game console (PS4, XB1, or Switch), then give Fish Tales (it's free) on Pinball FX 3 a try. Just start a "classic single player" game and give it a go.
Where are you getting that information from?
It's just a team of 4 people and they are just making enough money to get by. Resources are tight and I'm amazed at what they have accomplished with such a small team. Even though there are bugs on the tables, they do release out patches to fix them...
