From someone who owned a real MM which is now gone I now play the FX3 ver on a 3 screen cab and its is awesome in every way and very near to the original. Zen has done a sterling job and I dop my cap to them.
The FS version however just didn’t cut it for me although in there defence I only used...
If we are talking top real pinball tables ever made well these are my choices based on the ones I have personally owned in the past 20yrs and the very few Williams/Bally ones I haven’t owned I have traveled to play at some point.
My top 3
MB
FH
TZ
Monster Bash.
I’ve owned 2 of these in the...
Hey Andy offer still stands I have almost every table by FS and ditto with Zen. However since they released the Williams pack I have logged over 130hrs on those alone. TPA is now uninstalled! Maybe if they gave Arcooda at a decent price I would try them again but from now on it’s Zen all the way...
At the rate I’m going that might actually happen lol
On a side note I’ve logged god knows how many hrs into Skyrim (non steam) and currently 80hrs+ into the VR version which imo is the only way this game should be played!
However the game that I really did have an addiction too back in the day...
Although I own quite a few of Zens own fantasy tables which I have picked up in various sales I only really started playing PFX3 since the launch of the Williams ones.
Being a hardcore pinhead for many years and owning around 60+ (Currently 3)real ones I’m really only interested in playing the...
To put this into context I clocked a total of 54 hrs on TPA over the years and bought most of their tables until the promised cabinet support turned out to be a very expensive add on with Arcooda hence the boycott of buying any more regardless of steam sales or not.
TBH I was never happy with...
I’m currently running this perfectly thorough PinballX and starting the tables in Classic arcade mode but does anyone know what the parameter is to start up in tournament mode which is now my default style of play due to the slightly extra difficulty of the rule set making it more challenging...
I have to say by far Rudy from Funhouse is my fav toy. I still own a mint FH and it was the 1st table I ever owned and will be one to hand down to my sons along with TZ, MB LE (when it arrives) and of course my Vpin
Coming close would be the ringmaster from CV, Frankie & Drac from MB (dracs...
Just as a matter of interest did anyone guess table pack 2 correctly? By that I mean just a shortlist of 3 and not just reeling of a dozen suggestions lol.
DPF should run a comp and the winner gets the tables bought for them, I’d PayPal a dollar per guess to support the forum/blahcade. Just sayin
I’m in the opposite camp I’ve owned 3 AFMs in the past and almost bought the remake but hung out for a MBr LE instead. however the surprise in the pack PZ is the one I’m most excited about due to the enhanced overload coupled with the fact I’ve never played a real one.
Zens reminder was posted and shiver my timbers it looks like Black Rose arrrr

I for one can’t wait
I’ve owned just about every 90’s Williams/Bally pin ever made as a private collector and also several dataeast/sega/gottlieb pins over the years and at the height of my collection had over 30 most of which only cost £300-£1000 in the late 90’s early noughties and were stored in my garage on...
I’m in the other camp after seeing the big screen colour DMD on AFM RM. so much so I’ve got my deposit on a MB LE.
I would go so far as to say these large displays suit Pinball far better than the cheap LCDs that now seem standard fare in all the new wave of pins, however the Hobbit seems an...
Sorry it’s KL25Z just google vpin nudging KL25Z
I had a 37 in my last cab but it was also a custom build so again slightly shorter in length. I chose a 40 for my new build as I physically measured the flippers and they were exactly the same size as the RL ones using my TZ, FH & JY as reference...
Yeah my last cab everything was inside and boy that thing was like a pizza oven after only 30 mins and it had a 10in fan blowing out the back which was more like a garage fan heater lol
When Zen released the beta Williams tables a few weeks ago I was so blown away I have spent the last 2 weeks building another cab. Sadly I scrapped the last one as the new monitor was slightly too big doh!
Has it been worth it? Hell Yeah! Zen rocks. As an owner of almost all of TPA tables I can...
Regardless of how much better Zen looks with enhancements on and off it also wins hands down with gameplay and physics. When I put TPA now on it seems as if the table slope is too shallow and it needs cranking right up at the back. So for me a win all round on both gameplay and graphics.
