Yeah... I hope it is supported for as long as possible. Even after we have all of the great tables that are possible to do, they can still constantly improve on graphics, physics, and sound effects.
I'm still so stoked that this game happened. I was waiting years after The Williams Collection...
We paid for the licensing, so I honestly feel that they should be the same price as the rest of the tables... pack them in with an updated table from the Williams or Gottlieb collections for $5.
Now if Farsight starts chasing other licensed machines and pays for it without a Kickstarter, then a...
I don't imagine it would be tough to port over... and there are no licensing fees. I don't see why they wouldn't, provided the system isn't an utter flop.
I do just as well on my Android devices as I do on the PS3 or 360. Touchscreen controls are perfectly fine.
I only wish they would implement a swipe-to-nudge feature so I wouldn't have to hold my devices awkwardly.
Three... once for myself on Android and I bought it twice for friends on their consoles.
I am currently debating whether or not I want to get the PS3 version for myself or wait for Wii U. You see, I expect to have the Wii U hooked up to my tv for much longer than my PS3, and it's only a few...
No. They are a small studio with limited resources and they are doing the best that they can... though I do think that they may have bitten off more than they can comfortably chew by taking on so many platforms at once, I enjoy their tables very much. The bugs are usually not that big of a deal...
I'd say it would be preferable to release them each with one of the more simple tables from the Williams or Gottlieb collections. This 2 tables per month thing is thoroughly good. Of course, by that time we're going to have like 18 tables in all, so it's not like there will be a shortage of them...
Yeah, it plays great on my Transformer Prime... I'm really hoping that the game can eventually be made to take advantage of more powerful tablets like this. Improved resolution, lighting, and ball reflections would make me happy.
They really aren't... In fact, they very often amuse me, and I enjoy seeing what is fixed and improved upon in each release.
So, I disagree with the OP... don't hold back on DLC. 2 tables per month.
They seem intent on doing Star Trek then. It would be a very strong license... and it's a damn fine table.
Hopefully there is some rich Trekkie/pinball fan out there just waiting to make up the final difference. haha.
Yeah... $110k isn't happening, but that's okay. I'm thrilled to be getting Twilight Zone for now. Hopefully Star Trek will become possible in the future. It's not like there's a shortage of great tables coming.
No. It says Star Trek will be digitized if $110,000 is reached. It doesn't say what happens with the extra money if the pledges stop at $80,000, for instance. Another $50k in less than two weeks is a long-shot, so this needs to be addressed.
Starting another Kickstarter right away to raise the...
They really need to tell us what they plan on doing with the extra money in the highly likely event that they don't meet their goal... I don't want to donate any more if I don't know where the money is going.
But when you do, it will at least look a hell of a lot better. If you are as obsessed with this game as me, I would say get an Android tablet so that you are the first to get the updates... rumor has it that a powerful 7 inch Google Nexus tablet is releasing soon for only $250.
