Thank you, all!
Following up on my own post, it looks like there is "gyroscopic nudging" but only if you hold your device at the bottom and shake the top of your device up and down (like you're using a baking sheet to cool something). I was looking for a "side to side" nudge.
Two questions...(on a Pixel 4XL in case it helps)
1. Is it just me or is it difficult to hit a lot of the ramps in Williams pinball? The left ramp in Roadshow, the ramp in TOTAN...they aren't that hard in real life. But in TOTAN for example, most of my shots up the ramp tucker out and go...
Is it possible to get table parts on CFTBL or MB right now? I have all the parts for the other machines...but when doing daily challenges I'm not winning "parts". (This is on Android)
Ghostbusters is fine on mine (it's an Asus C302C). Again, it's not a great playing experience (it's too heavy to "hold it in your hands like a pinball machine") but the responsiveness is there.
It may not be the best experience, but have you tried playing on a Chromebook? On my Acer I can flip the screen back and play Pinball Arcade just fine...it's a bit of a challenge (it's a bit heavier than a tablet, and you have to deal with a keyboard) but it's doable...
I got an update to 2.21.7 of the Android app...I believe it's been fixed! (at least I was able to fire the cannon in ACDC and was able to hit the "punch it" button when the ball wasn't in the launcher)...thank you to all involved in fixing this bug!
Does any combo of "touch schemes" solve the action button problem (AC/DC, Star Trek)
Hey there folks... Playing TPA on my Android phone. The "action button" (AKA "punch it" in Star Trek, etc) only works if the ball is in the launch lane. There are times you need to hit that button while the...
Folks -
Using a Pixel 2XL...and I don't think the nudging via shaking is working in TPA. Is this working for others? (It does work if I switch to the "tap to nudge" - but I kinda prefer the shake version)
I've tried to troubleshoot the accelerometer using some apps and the accelerometer seems...
I was able to get the all-stars on Android - for me the key was not always shooting for the gaps - keep in mind that the hole in the lower right (the "start mode" hole) will also give you an all-star. So if the ball is either at the upper left or lower left flipper, shoot the hole as I find that...
So do any mathletes here want to figure out the expected number of tokens you will need to win to achieve this wizard goal? (Assuming the tokens are equally likely and there is an infinite supply of all 26?)
I went there yesterday after reading about it on here. Agree the machines could use a little love (TAF upper flipper was sticky, the upper left flipper was soft) but overall I would give them good marks for a good selection. The wizard of oz machine was fun but I absolutely could not get in any...
Scumble - let me take you through a scenario. I have a phone and a tablet. Both are "up to date" with my wizard goal progression. I finish the Theater of Magic wizard mode on my tablet.
What I currently do is copy my saved_data to my google Drive. Then go to my phone, download from Drive, and...
Resuscitating an old thread...
I am using the LPX13D Lollipop Dev build on a couple of Nexus devices, and the new SELinux stuff has made things considerably more difficult to transport my "Saved_data" files between devices (and write them to the /data directory). I have a feeling when the...
Oqvist - for the super surprise, it is very difficult. I finally got it yesterday after several hours of trying.
You do have tough decisions to make. I usually do the extra ball no matter what my other option is. Roll again is usually a gimme. Otherwise it is concentrating on that little tiny...
In my experience it went really well! Only problem I experienced was the "window shopping" mode - is the view supposed to go up to the back glass?
I was able to check off all the standard and wizard modes, so they all work.
