That's good to know since I already opened a thread here about so many problems with lost saves and my only answer from the staff here was "wait for the cloud sync, it will back up your saves!".
I was like the first one here to experience problems with these saves stuff, according to Mike...

Good point, I agree with you there, except you cannot have your goals in game, but only on Steam, and then you have to unlock them back from the start in game.
Indeed superballs, I know you are right but hey, maybe there are other way to dig.
For instance, maybe they could sync data between the Steam app goals and the goals in the game so we could have a slight chance to get back at least our goals data in game (but obviously not our scores...
Like I said in a previous post on this thread, please refer to the thread titled "Scores and objectives vanished" I introduced a few weeks ago where these details are specified.
FYI, I use Windows 7.
Sorry Biff but backing up this folder already have been suggested by the Farsight staff.
Now, we expect a fix for getting back our scores and goals from Farsight.

If you did not run anything over a month on your machine and you did not update Pinball Arcade over a month, I guess you have exactly the same issue I got when Pinball Arcade is getting updated through Steam.

Finally someone who got the same issue as me !
Please check this thread I introduced about that topic titled "Scores and objectives vanished".
Farsight support did not give any fix about getting back our lost scores and goals so far.
They advised me to back up the User data folder...
Indeed, even in the case you got syncing issues with the cloud: unfortunately that could happen for several reasons (networking issues for instance..)
Since I got this issue, I did manual backups into zip files for that saves folder but unfortunately not before I got all my scores and...

I am not playing TPA anymore since the highscores and objectives disappear after each new update.
It is really sad since I was expecting to buy the last 3rd season tables but it is useless playing a pinball game that does reset your scores.
I always did support your work in the past...

I just did what you suggested me, I lowered down the sound & music volume in the option then quit the game.
Now I got this message in the end of the log file :

I just did notice that the "HighScores" file is now a 0 byte file so that confirms what I just said previously.
The size of the other files are the following :
- datae.dat = 27 bytes
- datas.dat = 27 bytes
- settings.dat = 44 bytes
- Settings.ini = 6 bytes
