when using nudge, the touch screen area should use the entire verticle half of the screen.
currently it only uses a portion of the lower half. when playing landscape mode on my nexus 10 I often lose a ball because I hit too high and the flipper does not activate.
Does the ps3 controller have a IMU to sense "nudge" through shake? Since I nudge with shake already, I dont have to move my thumbs from the flipper part of the screen.
Just curious - can you tell me what the advantage of a playing with a controller? I have a N10 and "shake" nudge + touch screen for the flippers seems like you could not get a more "real" pinball experience.
I wish there was a "sensitivity" setting for shake nudge, and that the entire half of...
I have the pro version of the table ... not sure how to go into "pro mode" - can you elaborate?
I had this table in real life, and it kept the solar value AFAIK, even between turning it off and on. Maybe I am mis-remembering.
Device/OS: Nexus 10 stock Android 4.1.2
Bug Description: Pin*bot wizard goals are not being set as achieved.
EDIT: Redacted, I was able to achieve solar value of 1,000,000 + and get wizard goal 3 achieved.
Device/OS: Nexus 10 stock Android 4.1.2
Bug Description: Pin*bot does not keep solar value between games.
Steps To Reproduce: Basically as long as you don't close the game the solar value keeps building, but if you close the game the solar value resets to 150,000
Frequency: repeatable...
Honestly - I can't say I have ever had such a fantastic experience with any company. Direct access, excellent communication, quick feedback, and a great product. Thank you and everyone at FarSight for being awesome.
yeah - seems jaggy on my N10 for pinbot. rebooting it to see if its any better on a "clean start"
Edit:
Reboot didn't seem to help at all - plays a lot like RBION.
Pinbot seems to play smoothly on my GSM Galaxy Nexus (Stock).
I can't wait. Ive been wanting pin*bot (the table I grew up with) since I first discovered TPBA. I've been hitting "Reload" on this thread since yesterday.
Yeah I have access to a fair number - not 16 .. probably 5-10. Either the rubber is ancient on the TOM table I played, or the flippers are excessivly bouncey in the TPA version. I have access to black hole as well - ill start playing that on TOM. I think i have mars attacks as well - ill have...
First things first - I love PBA, and I love that I can play real tables on my Nexus 10.
I have one "major" complaint with PBA, physics. I joined a pinball league at my local pinball arcade and practiced Theater of Magic on PBA b/c I had never played the table before - all great, learned the...
same happened to me - tried black night (another table i dont own) and it said end of free version after like 2 seconds. I do like the new UI and table navigation though.
I had a Pin*Bot table as a kid - i can remember sunday mornings playing in the basement. I would LOVE to have a PA pin*bot table. I always thought it was a lot of fun. Maybe its the nostalgia, but I never really liked bride of pinbot - and i was suprised to see a sequel without the original.
I prefer shake to nudge, but I wish there was some control that allowed you to adjust the sensitivity. I find on my N10 that even just hitting a flipper (tapping the screen) a little too excitedly will cause a bit of table nudge.
