Very cool idea:

Apparently just released is a new game on Steam - Pinball Parlor. Looks to be replicating 60s/70s-style tables. Unfortunately, the first two reviews of the game are savage :( Thought people might want to hear about it anyway. And here's a screenshot:
Looking for someone fluent in setting up and running both Virtual Pinball & Future Pinball, preferably with a front end, to give me some assistance in that area. Would like to do this over email or PMs. If you can help, shoot me a PM.
Thanks!
While the night I describe below was spent playing Zen Pinball 2, it can certainly apply to TPA...
Ever have one of those nights where you're just playing really well without a dropoff at all? I had one of those last night. First, a caveat: I'm no superstar player. On Zen tables, I'm happy...
Sony is partnering up with Spotify to replace the Playstation Music Unlimited service:

Here's the key point for us TPA folks:
Good news if it works in TPA!
Returned to playing TPA on my PS4 last night after some time away from it. I was quickly reminded of an annoyance that simply baffles me - the analog sticks don't work in the menus, forcing you to use the d-pad to make menu selections. This is contrary to what pretty much every other game does...
Had a halfway decent game the other night but the score never showed up on the leaderboard. Tried to access the leaderboard itself and got a connection error. Other tables worked just fine. Anybody else seen this?

Inspired by the "which game did you complete Wizard Goals on first?" thread, I ask this:
What's the fastest you've completed Wizard Goals on a particular table? The absolute minimum is two games - anybody else done that? Closest I've come is Central Park, which took me three games. I...
After several tries on the PS3 with this table, I gave up. Hated the look, hated the physics, hated the drain-happy outlanes that you can't see, hated the controls, all of it. Gave it another shot on the PS4, though - and I like it. I suspect that it plays more like the pre-changed PS3 as it...
Along with the ever popular "Can we please have per-table camera settings?", I'd like to request per-table lighting settings. Some tables look better in one lighting setting as opposed to other tables in another setting. So please save the settings on a per-table basis!
Seems Farsight has been a lot more active answering questions on Facebook, so I decided to ask about its existence and release. Got this answer:
I'd say that's very good news!
It's incredibly frustrating to have one game after another ruined by three specific things on this table: 1) Balls going through the flippers; 2) the left orbit "kickout" thing; 3) the center loop/ramp kickout thing. I've had 20 billion point games where literally every single ball I lost was...
Anybody been able to get a "Dirty Pool" kill on the flying saucer? I have come close twice only to get screwed. Once the the "force field" targets went up and my second ball came back down, passing through the force field instead of being trapped. The second time, the ball came back down...
I play on the PS3, so keep that in mind:
For the most part, I stick with the standard pinball on nearly all of the tables. On a few, however, I have changed:
Attack From Mars - I use the slime green one. I just watched a video of Sir Moovenstein playing AFM using the standard ball and was...
Ran into a few bugs in my last game of AFM:
1) Multiball - cradle a ball on the left flipper while another ball is in Stroke of Luck. Ball is kicked out from Stroke of Luck, shoot cradled ball at the kicked out ball. The kicked out ball will continue on its path and pass right through the...
This title has turned into my (by far) most played table in TPA over the last couple weeks and my scores have jumped a bit as a result. I love the easy multiballs and constant action. I think this table has the best sound in TPA and the theme is well-done across the board. Over the weekend, I...
Got Total Annihilation and somehow got three balls stucco in the plunger. The game keep trying to auto-launch them and they didn't get enough power so they'd stay stuck. Even tilting didn't help. Wasn't a big scoring game but definitely a game ender. This is on ps3 2.1.4 -first time I've...
What is the logic behind the sort order of the tables in the leaderboards? And, whatever the logic, why the heck aren't they in alphabetical order instead?
