They don't actually need us forum people to play it fully so FS people can catch the bugs. it would be suicidal for any software company to launch beta test a week before the release and to let this critical yet late to come phase in the hands of forum guys only. Obviously they have a team to do...
I can't see the point about that non-possible-to-buy-the-table-from-beta-GATE. Betas aren't about owning the table before everyone else or having a chance to make a top score. Those are about tracking bugs, and that's all it is. We are no professional beta testers and my guess is FS does most of...
Adding the table files to the correct directory won't make the tables work for an user that hasn't purchased them, the DLC protection system is based on a different mechanism, for TPA at least.
It seems to work quite fine to me, the only bug I've noticed so far is when you have to use both flippers to choose a bonus on the backglass the camera doesn't always pan so you can't see what you're selecting. It worked fine on my N7 but didn't on my HTC One. On both device I managed to trigger...
How rude can a customer opinion be, overall when the said opinion is so egocentric. I like genie, it's a great oldie and I expect FS to release more tables of this kind from time to time. If they do: great. If they don't: still great.
The incident is behind us now, things that had to be said have been said. Obviously there are no hard feelings left for both side thanks to a mutual understanding. Let's forget all this.
I sincerely apologize for my post, it actually was an attempt for me to share pertinent informations regarding the subject of this thread. Informations that are neither hidden or encrypted... My mistake is that I haven't read the whole thread as it's quite long and so I missed the rule and...
Update aren't designed to erase your progresses. It would be a shameful error from Farsight, absolutely counterproductive. And as you can see, you're the only one reporting this issue. So I'm pretty sure it's your "reinstallation" that is to blame. I don't know what your concept of...
You're right Sean DonCarlos at no time did I turn the operator mode back on when I went from the table menu to the "choose the table menu". Just tried it and indeed it works, this way the powerball position is saved from game to game when the table is left. Thinking a little bit more about it I...
It's top notch there's nothing else to say, I'll probably make one myself to give an old tablet a nice second life. What a great idea you had, and the way it's done is real nice.
The way I see it it might be possible this behaviour was present in previous releases of TPA but changed with one of the last version, and no one that used this trick is aware of that. I'm 99% sure that's the case. Fact is I tried netizen's trick a number of times with 1.17.0 and it never...
I thought: this guy speaks with a lot of assurance regarding this operator menu stuff, so he might actually be right in some way. I tested setting the operator menu to on, starting a game, quitting right in the middle of it and coming back. Do you know what strange mysterious voodoo thing...
Err... Should I wait or act now? You're making me sooo dizzy. Just kidding. Well I tried your trick, sadly it didn't work. It might save a lot of datas and other kinds of stuff but not the position of the power ball in the stack. Regarding the auto percentages I thought it was the way the...
Well hello netizen, what would that change exactly? Turning the operator menu on allows me to change the ''hardware'' settings, I don't see how it could make TPA behave like the real thing?
Hi everybody,
I was wondering if there might be a possibility not to reset the Twilight Zone table each time you launch it? Let me explain: the powerball in the gumball machine always gets back to the same place in the stack each time I launch the table. Not that it's boring or anything but in...
The way I see it there are only two possibilities:
1 - You actively screwed something up while rooting your device which has now turned crazy to the point it doesn't recognize its own free space. Looks a bit strange to me but might happen. The only way to fix this is to reset your device back...
