The physics in Circus Voltaire feel really weird, the ball will accelerate at weird times at very high speed, and overall it feels a bit odd and floaty. Anyone else experienced this?
Genie definitely! Love Genie. Also it's weird, looking at the table rating survey a lot people dislike the tables I like :(
Flight 2000 is a very good one too
Can you make a list of which tables have had their physics updated?
I just played a load of Dr Dude (great table btw) and could swear it felt a bit different.
Yeah, arcades are only common in seaside towns too, and they're mostly just gambling machines rather than proper arcade machines.
Saying that I've just found this website http://www.pinformer.co.uk/ and it lists which pubs have pinball machines in, might have to have a hunt round for one...
Unfortunately not, I've never even seen a pinball machine in the flesh, though I am only 22, pinball was pretty much dead by the time I was old enough to know about it.
Corsair SP2500s with an ASUS Xonar Essence STX soundcard here mate. But it's nopthing to do with the quality, nor how loud the overall game is, it's the actual sound of the ball collisions, and the volume of them compared to the electronic noises from the speakers of the machine.
Are the sounds of the ball hitting flippers, bumpers drop targets etc recorded for each table?
It seems like every table uses the same SFX for the ball hitting things, and honestly it doesn't sound that great, maybe because it's too quiet. All the videos I've seen of pinball machines on youtube...
Keep getting balls stuck in Black Knight where the lock is. Anyone else had this? Nudging helps loosen the ball and let it fall into the lock, but it's still kind of annoying.
