I just wanted to check if there are any ways to 'top up' my collection of tables other than the standard options ($5 per table pack, or $30/40 for the season pack). I have bought 13 of the 22 Season 1 tables in the normal packs (and the Pro pack for TZ). I held off buying any of the Season2...
