Six tables crash IOS iPad 2 with the paragon update

All the above tables listed crash my iPad Air 2 like others. Not good. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

iOS - Bug Stern Pinball Arcade cross-purchase on iOS - is it supposed to be working?

I also own all TPA tables in iOS and tried what everyone else tried in SPA iOS and it still attempts to charge me for the tables that I already own in TPA. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

TPA v6.1.1 (Indy 500 bug fixes) has been released

After several weeks of playing periodically, I occasionally still get the "jitters" particularly in multiball on multiple tables. I am playing on an iPad Air 2 (so it should be plenty powerful). Also, I am not running anything processor intensive in the background. This experience began soon...

TPA v6.1.1 (Indy 500 bug fixes) has been released

Has anyone noticed any significant "lags" with this update? I played 4 different tables and noticed some lagging with the controls and the visuals on my iPad Air 2. Everything was playing fine before this update.

Thoughts on new iPad Pro 9.7

I upgraded to an iPad air 2 several months ago. My older one is an iPad 4. TPA ran great on the 4. As far as clarity, there is no real discernible difference. In fact, the iPad air 2 looks slightly jagged on the curve pieces on the tables. That is not really noticeable too much. I suppose the...

    First impressions...

On the second play, I had already got the high score and I am not a super great player. Some of the shots are a bit awkward, especially the top flipper. Still, I dig helicopter, that was a nice touch. The fun for me will be learning the rules before I actually read them. Sometimes after I figure...

To clarify my previous post. Compared to the other pinball tables that I maintained at that time (around 13), I believe that F-14 had the largest solenoids. That is not to say that F-14 had the largest coils to all tables in it's class. The other 12 or so tables were a variety of which half...

    First impressions

I was a technician for video, pinball, and ton of other miscellaneous games for a small amusement park back in the early 90s. I maintained two F-14 Tomcat tables among a few others tables. I can tell you from experience that this table had a steep angle compared to it's peers that I also...

I love this table! Played the real one many times back in the late 80s and early 90s. The Farsight recreation appears pretty accurate, particularly the speed of this table. What I noticed today was after playing this table for about 40 minutes, the other tables seem like they are on slow motion!

    Zaccaria Pinball - update v3.5 [iOS/Android]

For two thirds of the tables, the physics work pretty good. Play mystic star, fire mountain, lucky fruit, or space shuttle. There are a few more. Count the number of times that you need to nudge in order to prevent a drain. These are older tables meaning that if you nudge more than twice, most...

    Zaccaria Pinball - update v3.5 [iOS/Android]

Hey Baron, I get what you are saying and I think you make some good points. I do not mean to say that ASK should use a copy of TPA, I was using them as the standard of how they have created balance. I personally do not favor custom settings for two reasons: 1. Real tables do not have the ability...

    Zaccaria Pinball - update v3.5 [iOS/Android]

I have already messed with the settings. Turning up the strength on the slings helps and creates other issues in other areas. It's like a rusty pipe, you fix one leak only for it to create another one somewhere else. I have talked about having custom physics setting for each table. Right now...

    Zaccaria Pinball - update v3.5 [iOS/Android]

In observing the interaction of the ball with the playing field, when the ball travels down toward the bottom, most times it will hit the slingshots. It is like the slingshots cover too much of flippers, reducing the chance that the ball will come down on the flipper. This is the case on a...

    Zaccaria Pinball - update v3.5 [iOS/Android]

Is it just me or is some of these tables just virtually unplayable due to the brutal physics? Take Mystic Star as an example. Every bounce ends in the outlanes, even when nudging. The entire play involves just keeping the ball from draining. Forget about trying to score points. After...

    Zaccaria Pinball - update v3.5 [iOS/Android]

Man....I thought Mystic Star and Space Shuttle were hard! Lucky Fruit is just plain murder in cold blood! This bad boy has got Genie beat by a few light years! By far the toughest pin in any collection in my opinion. And those slingshots.....man that is a real head trip. Thanks for the update!

    Zaccaria Pinball - (MEGA) update v3.4.2 [iOS/Android]

Another thing that would be nice is not having flipper engage during a tap nudge. I use finger tap nudge and it engages the flipper when it is tapped for a nudge. This causes many unnecessary drains. This needs to be changed. Also, it appears flipper tap passing was achieved by artificially...

    Zaccaria Pinball - (MEGA) update v3.4.2 [iOS/Android]

After playing with various settings I am in agreement that some attention needs to be paid to the physics and how they are on different tables. Some tables seem to have pretty solid physics like Combat and Circus. Others are virtually impossible to get a good score like Mystic Star and Space...

    Zaccaria Pinball - (MEGA) update v3.4.2 [iOS/Android]

I too have expressed a desire to see more EM tables in TPA. I and several others raised a stink about it several months ago when Xenon was selected as the user choice table. At the time, I pleaded to have at least one EM table per year, but the majority of folks did not see it that way...

Zaccaria Pinball - Earth Wind Fire (1981) Bugs & Feedback

Top 5 Strike Stars Phoenix Clown Circus Combat Really, I like them all. While Stars Phoenix has some cheesy music (I think), I find the gameplay compelling and challenging.
