Here's my personal full collection, as of today's date (BoneBusters is the latest):

Enjoy (and mirror if you can). The camera's are based on someone else's pack (I *think* Rober Misner's? I forget, sorry), with a few...
Try holding right click for a few seconds when you're trying to bring up the menu. I use a 3 monitor setup these days, but that's how I used to get it to work 99% of the time. 2 monitor setups have a few other issues that could be interfering, but try the "slow click" method first.
You do know that the mod doesn't change, bypass, or rollback the new interface, right? 1.51.8 is still new enough to be the new interface, and unless TPA eventually supports command line launching of specific tables we're stuck with it. The mod just handles camera angles, backglass images, and a...
Oh man, if you could upload the Zaccaria backglasses I'd be in heaven. I use my own TPA images with NoEx's mod (and just don't update until the mod is current as well), but I'd love some Zaccaria love on my cabinet while we wait for proper support.
The assumption is that yes it's still in development since we've yet to hear otherwise. However, it is currently *NOT* up to date (TPA 1.51.8 is the last supported patch as of this posting), so hold off until then.
The problem is more related to old versions of the mod than anything else. I (and everyone else, though they may not remember at this point) had issues in the past where the score was cut off in various ways, and for some (in particular EM and SS tables) there was a lot of extra space that would...
You still have to use the new UI. All this mod does is let you control the in-game camera, setup multi-monitor displays (for a pincab), set a static image as a backglass, and move/size the score display (by rendering an adjustable window that is capturing the default DMD area).
For those having this problem, there was an update on June 20th 2016 that required a manual download of the new mod EXE and mod updater EXE. http://digitalpinballfans.com/showthread.php/10199-DOWNLOAD-Pinball-Arcade-Free-Camera-Mod
Download it from the top post, as well as the .NET Framework...
At this point FarSight really just needs to hire NoEx as a contractor to add in an official version. It's the simplest solution if you ask me, and would allow for much-desired changes that just aren't possible through the mod method.
I'm not sure how he has his files setup, but by default...
Couldn't agree more. I actually built my own mini-cab *because* of NoEx's fantastic work, and there is no way I can go back to playing the vanilla version. Farsight's refusal to add a quick-and-dirty official version of NoEx's methods is mind boggling to me. Mobile may be their biggest...
It's just unfortunate that Steam forces updates (or at least won't allow launching of a game if it is flagged as needing one) and periodic logins, so even perpetual offline mode won't help. A shame since that means eventually we'll be out of luck and have to go back to begging Farsight to add...
Game has been updated with Fireball and El Dorado, so (obviously) the mod no longer works. Is there any way to future-proof the mod so that it can dynamically adjust itself with each patch, or does it require so much manual work that it just isn't plausible?
Just depends on your preferences and nostalgia for it. TPA is always going to have an issue with highly anticipated tables being disappointing to the rest because they are fairly old and unimpressive when compared to newer creations.
I wouldn't say Cyclone is my favorite (the table art is my...
Pshaw, all credit should go to NoEx. I'm just someone using his tool that took the time to show what every table can be like in a very narrow set of criteria. Anyone else testing could have done the same thing.. I just like to babble and share what I do :D
(Thanks though!)
I don't believe you can edit the poll itself (at least I haven't figured out how yet.. not very familiar with VB), but the resolution list helps quite a bit and as long as "Other(bigger)" voters post their actual resolution I'll be fine. Thanks for the list!
Out of curiosity: if you take a...
A join date is always something to base all assumptions on because there's just absolutely no way someone could have been an active observer of a public forum they purposely decided not to join long ago because they can't stand the current trend of online conversations.
Obviously it...
Any chance you could take a quick screenshot of the resolution dropdown for your TPA config utility (or if you really want to torture yourself: type it all out)? On top of this whole data collection poll I'm also trying to figure out the entire suite of potential resolutions TPA can use... but...
Note to those brimming with anger at the unreleased status of unfinished stuff: While we're all anxious and long-overdue for the DX11 update (I won't deny that PC [used generally] users got screwed in this), the question you have to ask yourself is: would you prefer to have it now all buggy...
I'm doing some polling to figure out what most (PC-specific) TPA players use when they play and I'd much appreciate if you could let me know what resolution you usually have the game in. This is for a project I'm working on, so the more data I can get the better.
If you use portrait mode, just...
