Yep same problem here. I got the pro version of pack 7 (Scared Stiff and Big Shot) and Twilight Zone, yet the PS4 store won't give me the discounted bundle because it says I don't own those tables.
Really annoying, epecially considering that after using the 'Table Exploration' feature a few...
Has no one else experienced the Star Trek glitch where the view gets stuck in Plunger Cam at the start of Final Frontier? It happens to me nearly every time so I'm surprised it hasn't been brought up yet.
A quick look at the Star Trek subforum shows that it was reported on other platforms over...
Have got the same bug on PS3 (EU), I've hit it three times now and it still hasn't registered. Did it the 'standard' way of shooting them very close together.
Think I'll try the trick suggested by thnikkaman in his thread and see if that works.
Just downloaded HD and Taxi from EU store and have to agree with above comments about the washed-out look.
I've never seen an HD pin before so have nothing to compare it to, but it definitely looks flat to me and having a frame of reference for Taxi (PHoF), this version looks like a billboard...
Yeah, I'm getting the same. Although I'm crossing my fingers that they haven't finished updating the store yet, as the Dark Souls DLC is on the front page, but unable to download right now. Not hopeful though.
Lol, I made the same mistake myself until only a couple of weeks ago, when I realised the 1st post is constantly updated to reflect changing release dates.
Opened this thread this morning, and for some reason this scene popped into my head. I don't know what machine this is being a new convert to pinball, but no doubt someone here can identify it.
Speaking of live catches, I posted this in the Real Pinball subforum, but everyone deserves to see it.
The greatest live catch you will ever see (skip to 08:15):
As I said in the OP my love for pinball is very recent, but in the short time I've known about the PAPA site, it's quite clear that Keith Elwin is some sort of god. I only got Monster Bash this past Wednesday, so was on the PAPA site to pick up some tips from the vids there, and found Elwin...
Seems like you're limited to one video per post, so here's another one.
Bowen Kerrins pulling off a ridivulous outlane save. When I first watched this, I couldn't really see what he'd done, it all happened so fast. Close-up slo-mo at the end is the money shot.
I know many users here have been pinheads for many, many years, but my love for pinball is relatively new, mainly thanks to Williams PHoF and now TPA. As such, I've devoured most of the tutorial vids on the PAPA site and had a bit of a search on YouTube and just wanted to share these videos...
Just bought Gorgar today for PS3 and I'm getting this problem too. Any lit light won't reset at the end of the game, you need to back out to the table select screen and go back in to fix it.
No problem distinguishing between the lit and unlit states though.
Funny you should say that, 'cheap bastards' is exactly how I would describe people who b1tch and whine so much about a game that costs less than a tenner, and even with it's bugs, is amongst the best value for money gaming on the market.
Reminds me of this:
I completely forgot that FH has the upper flipper when making my previous post, and that gets used much more (for me anyway) than the upper flipper in Ripley's. Getting the trap door shot is definitely harder than the PHof version
Did the update (version 1.02 I think for EU users) solve any of the lag problems? I used to have annoying lag but at the time of the update, I also switched to 720p from 1080i (I don't have a full HD TV so it's not like I have to sacrifice 1080p) and it definitely made a difference. First game I...
