Steam Controller for TPA
I use the controller directly plugged in to the pc. For this application, it is basically the same as a typical Xbox controller, so I don´t think it should be an issue to use with the Steam Link. -

I have not had any problems using the Steam controller with TPA. -

Can I play on a Microsoft Surface 3 Tablet?
I don´t have a Surface but do use a Windows Tablet (Razer Edge) and touch controls do not work on TPA. I haven´t tried DX11 mode, but considering my tablet is intended for gaming with a dedicated video card, I suspect it would work fine.
