20 firework bonus wizard goal

Is this working for everyone? I collected 20 and I guess the bonus at the end of a drain and nothing checked off?

It does work. RTFM. It's not about 20 of them at the end of a ball. You must have 20 of them before starting Outer Space.
I was thinking the sam way, but nothing. Then I did the RTFM

I believe it has to be awarded during the outer space mode. That was when I received it.

Got it. The instructions say end of ball, not clear on that. Sucks that I scored 225M on my second game and cleared the standard goals, now I have no motivation to try and clear these last two wizard goals
