Bug 5.9.0 Rumble preferences are not saved on LAH

PBA Version: 5.9.0
iOs Version: 9.3.1 (13E238)
Device: iPhone 5S

The new LAH table has a rumble setting that defaults to on. Unfortunately, turning rumble off only lasts for the current session. The setting turns back to on every single time the app is relaunched.

I've always thought that the options for these tables should be saved on a per-table basis, especially the camera setting.

Maybe one day...
