iOS - Bug After Ball Bonus shows "Bonus" and then disappears

This doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes after losing a ball, the word "bonus" appears and disappears without the bonus numbers appearing. I'm on iPad 1.

Seems to do this occasionally on the Xbox 360 version as well. Noticed it twice over the course of five games. Was not aware of anything particularly interesting (continent modes, multiball, etc.) going on at the time that would've conflicted with the DMD.
