The MOR champion value includes the instrument bonus for starting MOR. That's 5M * the number of instruments you've collected throughout the entire game, with no cap. I think I had it over 255 instruments myself. Eventually this exceeds the value you get during MOR itself.I had 18 MOR in the 41B game, so yes, I could imagine 30 by someone who can nudge away from the outlanes better than me. I am sure Dizzer played the entire game to reach 99B, that wasn't a cheat. The only question is whether the nudging to do it was legitimate.
