I used the H.264/MPEG-4 AVC codec for this 15 minute video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7xeuTxtg9k file size was 320MB, should be about 8GB for 6 and a half hour. Quality is poor, at least enough for a quick peek. The game did not run as smoothly during the recording, my hardware isn't that good. As far as I can see Dizzer2012 uses an external video camera so this shouldn't be a problem.
