I saw it last night on the BBC show Primeval......so it could be a machine from England maybe ?

Good eye, Eldar. I knew it had to be a Zacc.

How I figured it out: pretty clearly the second word in the name was "Stars", but I couldn't make out the first word. IPDB search on "Stars" gives 69 tables, I sorted by date, and looked through the '70s because it's clearly a '70s EM. Didn't take me long to narrow it down to Ten Stars after that
