I live in the states myself but still feel for you guys.Good news if you buy a completely region free console like say Ouya then all transactions are performed in USD and no there's stupid tax on digital downloads like with Nintendo and Sony. I have no idea about Android and IOS as I don't own and have never used a tablet device, but touchscreens generally suck donkey for "dpad/thumbstick and buttons" type games.</blockquote>
