360 - Bug attendant not resetting balls on certain tables

Why doesn't the attendant reset balls on Ripleys and Monster Bash. The pinball got stuck quite a few times and when he's called over nothing is reset. Is he on his lunch break or something?

Old known issue which is still an issue.

attendant is almost useless on all of iOS tables, too. hopefully it'll be fixed in the future.
