Can't buy Ghostbusters on iOS

When I try to buy Ghostbusters single table, it fails Error: cannot establish a network connection. However, if I choose 'Buy pack' the App Store pops up for confirmation (which I decline). I don't want to buy the pack, I just want Ghostbusters. It's much cheaper in SPA than TPA which is why I'm trying plus I wanted to keep the modern Stern's I bought together.
