dear pinball arcade team,
i'm from germany and love your project!
but since yesterday i've a problem:
i moved from my iphone 5 (ios 6.1.4) to the ipad 3 (ios 6.1.3) of my girlfriend. then i logged me in the store with me apple id. then i donwload pinball arcade free and restore my purchases, which i've made on the iphone. now i can use the the tables on the ipad too. pefect!
now comes the problem:
then i want to purchase a new table on the ipad. because it is a new device which i set up with my apple id apple asked me some security questions. your best friend ... and so on. i answered them correctly but now i can't purchase tables anymore. either on ipad and iphone.
steps i made for in app purchase:
click on buy
enter the password of my apple id
then message pop up: your purchase can't be done please refer to itunes support
next message: FarSight connection to itunes store not possible
and then i can only play the demo version of the table
then i downloaded the pinball arcade version for 0,89€ and after the download it's just the normal free version without the free tables (ripley belive it or not, theatre of magic and black hole)
HELP!!!!
i need this tables and i want TO SPEND MY MONEY ON YOUR HARD WORK!!!!
do you think this is a problem of pinball arcade or apple?
