Contacting Farsight?

Does anyone know how to best contact Farsight please? I've been trying the support mail address several times as well as tweeting them but can't get any response. (I backed ST:TNG on Kickstarter but still can't access it).

Mailing to FarSight support.. I bet they have one big support-mailbox full of our emails that gets flushed once a month. No one ever reads it. Try it, it's fun!
