What are your tactics and strategies in a time limited game to get the best score?

On the latest tournament I made a 113m score in 20 minutes. Top score on the tourny was over 164m... What am I missing?
My tactic is mainly complete Wow, defeat the ringmaster and repeat.
I play all frenzy, razz, etc, but I think it might be better to let that go. A single ringmaster later on scores an additional million for every additional ringmaster.
Also I try to hit every skillshot, quickly becomes a million per launch.
I do not play the Amazing Roonie, I just let him smack down

On IOS this table is buggy (July 25th 2014). Camera stays in plunger-view a lot during any multiball. This is so annoing esp on Party Multiball.

I was able to rack up 159m points in the tournament due to a nice stack that included Highwire Multiball, Strike-an-Arc Multiball, and Ringmaster Razz. I was also able to collect the Super Duper Jackpot upon the multiball's end.
