Disappointed: POTO still broken!

Hi fellow iOS users,
Although I am and will remain a big TPA fan, I'm really disappointed that POTO is still broken with the latest 4.2 release (Party Zone). When I get the grand champion score, the app crashes to the main iOS screen and afterwards remote backup will be broken and cause the same crash. I have to reinstall everything and backup from remote to get TPA working properly again. I hope there will be a fix for this soon, otherwise I wasted 7 euros on a non-functional table. iPad Air 2 with latest iOS. Come on Farsight! Reward your faithful customers with a better level of aftersales service and fix this and various rollover score issues and bugs!

Out if curiosity. What operating system and device are you using? What has far sight said about this issue?

Latest iOS and iPad Air 2, but the problem was already present on my old iPad 2 with iOS 6.x. As far as I know, Farsight has been mum on the subject. There is a bug thread here: http://digitalpinballfans.com/showt...core-new-high-score-not-posted-to-leaderboard

I can not confirm this bug (iOs 8.1, 5s), but be aware that FarSight has switched to a new table/bugfixes/new table update scheme in the last few months. There should be a bugfix update in a week or two.

The bug fixes are coming slowly. For example, the latest TPA 4.2.0 did indeed *finally* fix the end-game crash on Bride of Pin*Bot to the iOS Home Screen. Hopefully, the bugs introduced with new versions won't overtake the ongoing bug fixes but that remains to be seen.

Any update/fix to POTO with 4.3 Earthshaker version? I started POTO and there was no update to the table. I'm loath to find out if it has been fixed, because if not I have to reinstall the whole thing. They may have fixed something in the main program if the bug was there in the first place, but seeing as they haven't had time to release the instructions with Earthshaker, I'm not counting on anything fixed.....

I read somewhere on here that this person was complaining because the only table that was updated was POTO. I have no idea if that is true because if you look at the description of the update it says november something "added party zone" and when I opened the table after updating it didn't re-download. I know I'll never have this problem (of becoming grand champion) as I can barely get past 6,000,000. I went into the operators menu and the table is set at 30 second balls. What does that tell you? TAKE ALL THE CUSTOMERS MONEY THAT YOU CAN! (Obviously these are factory setting from the real life tables) but to design a table that just sucks quarters out of your pocket I think is terribly wrong. There is no fun in POTO. Just. Drain drain drain, repeat.
