Basically, FS is having a hard time getting their assets transferred from Crave to the new publisher. Unless they can get a personal meeting with the President, the heads of Congress, and whoever else is involved, and have them draft legislation that changes how bankruptcies are handled, they're forced to work within the current system. At least we can presume that they are closer to the transfer than they were before. Once these legal issues are taken care of, they can announce the new publisher and give us some idea of the release dates. Until that happens, they cannot submit anything to MS (which has a positive side - we'll get the latest builds, unless FS was dumb enough to submit them already and they're just sitting there, becoming obsolete for no purpose).</p></blockquote><p></p>
