I believe it's only compatible with the Pinball HD app.

Yes, it's only for Pinball HD. TPA supports iCade.

well i cold be imaging this but

if your jailbroken download blutrol i believe it has support for the duo which you cold map to tpa, nots not offically supported and probabky never will be since its partnered with gameprom

As of April 2013 the duo pinball controller wasn't supported in blutrol according to this thread at toucharcade:

anyway bultrol has fot a few updates since then man
