On fourth player third ball extra ball not given when "Shoot Again" is lit down by flippers. Game just ends. This has happened to me more than once. 
Edit: Okay, I made a mistake here. On further inspection, the game seems to end, but does not. It goes to the scoreboard like it does when the game ends, but then when you hit "A" button the game continues. Sorry for the reporting of a bug that was not, once again.
