Bug FishTales slingshots

[Outrun]

Not a big deal, doesn't affect gameplay. Slingshots remain active when game is over and locked balls are released to return to trough.

This bug effects all tables that pop out locked balls at the end of the game (like STTNG for example, that returns the ball locked in the Borg ship)
