Flick pass

is anyone have success doing flick pass?
I'm using the classic physics and I never get it done.
Either the ball drains without moving (and I see flipper moving a little) or it shot upper to the playfield.

It is imposiible in Vol's 1-3. It looks like the flipper does not have enough rubber or it is not elastic enough. On vol 4 it is possible, but only Hurricane lends itself to it. On Universal Monsters it is also possible, and is especially useful on Creature from the Black Lagoon. It should be possible on Vol 5, but none of the tables lend itself to it.
